So while we were in Cincinnati, Kevin stayed behind to watch dogs and do his quiz bowl thing. It is a good thing that Kevin is mature enough and doing his own thing that we can do this; it is a bad and sad thing that at times we function as a family without him. Most of the varsity team (and a second team) headed to MSU for the March Madness tournament……

One of the big highlights of the day was beating one of the DCC teams…and they scored more points against the DCC A team than any other team but one.
Yeah, it’s small print. But, the columns, in order from left to right, are games played, Power questions (15), Toss Ups (10), and Negative (-5), Toss Ups Heard, Points/Toss Up, Points/Negative, G/N (I don’t know what this is), Pts, and Average Points.
All this is interesting for one thing…Kevin doesn’t like to buzz in early and guess. He will wait until he is sure to buzz in. Not sure if this is a good thing or not.
Ranked 41st out of 162 in the individual standings, but, that’s kind of weird, you could score very high against weak teams and have a higher rank.
