Less than 24 hours after the Game 7 loss the Dragons were back on the field to finish up the season. Last time we played this team it was a zero – zero tie because the other team’s goalie stood on his head and we had trouble generating chances with just 3 on their 5 (their whole team would retreat to play defense).
This time we decided to play 4 up and just leave one back on defense. Worked out better, we won 2-0, but, caused us some anxious moments as the other team had a few 2 on 1 breakouts. Matthew had a turn in goal and did well; Christopher played some offense but mostly was back on defense, especially near the end when we were making sure we would hold on to win.
