A spur-of-the-moment Memorial Day trip for Suzanne, Kevin, and Cpher to Chicago. Not a whole lot of words here, but, wanted to post some of the photos at least.

This boy was not originally scheduled to go on this trip BUT he did a completely awesome job on his last book report (worked hard at it, worked unprompted on it) and as a reward he got to go. This is swimming at 6:30 am….a big pool all to himself. Christopher will have lasting memories of Chicago and breakfast…he made it clear that while Dad is still his ‘travel buddy’; Mom chooses the best restaurants and plans the best vacations.

and the ‘tipping point’ for the trip; Kevin’s ‘infatuation’, Haley Reinhart, was signing CDs and performing at Hard Rock Café. The picture of Kevin and Haley didn’t come out that well, but, this one did. We (Mom and Dad) are sick of Haley, but Suzanne reports she was pretty good live…..
